3. Tracking an order

Once you have received a shipping notification stating your order has been shipped, press or copy and paste your tracking number into the selected shipping provider’s website in order to track your order. If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order and the tracking number by clicking the order number in your account area.

4. International shipping duties and taxes

Taxes and duties are included in price of the item only for shipments to all EU countries, united states of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Pakistan, Cambodia, United Arab emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. For the other countries, additional costs may apply for customs duty and local taxes, which are for the user's account.

5. Return instructions

Due to the limited number of units produced and our made-to-order program customers may request a return only within 14 days upon receipt of the order. The items must be returned in the original condition with all original tags, labels and accompanying items. In order to proceed your return request you need to send an email to our customer service. Once a RMA number has been generated the customer will receive a return shipping label to return the item.

6. Refund conditions

The amount will be refunded through our payment gateway upon receiving the product. Once your return has been received by our warehouse it will take 3 - 5 business days to complete it. The time it takes to restore the credit to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
