Once you have selected your product, choose your desired color and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking [add to cart] or directly purchase the product by clicking [buy it now]. Due to the limited number of units produced and our made-to-order program, customers have a 24 hour window after an order has been placed to make changes. Once the 24 hour period has expired all orders cannot be canceled or modified. We highly recommend to contact our customer service as soon as possible in order to do our absolute best to accomodate your request. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or amended.

Payment accepted are bank transfer, mastercard®, visa®, american express®, maestro®, shop pay®, apple pay® or google pay®.

All charges will be billed in usd or gbp or eur, and will be shown on your bank statement as 1989 studio.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from our distribution center in italy.

Our goal is to ship all confirmed orders within 2 working days for all in stock items and within the specified delivery time for all pre-orders and specialty items.

Once you have received a shipping notification stating your order has been shipped, press or copy and paste your tracking number into the selected shipping provider’s website in order to track your order. If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order and the tracking number by clicking the order number in your account area.

Import duties and taxes are estimated based on your shipping information and provided on the checkout page. Taxes and duties are included in price of the item only for shipments to all eu countries, united states of america, canada, united kingdom, japan, south korea, hong kong, macao, china, singapore, taiwan, thailand, india, indonesia, malaysia, philippines, sri lanka, brunei, pakistan, cambodia, united arab emirates, saudi arabia, oman, qatar, kuwait and bahrain. For the other countries, additional costs may apply for customs duty and local taxes, wich are for the user's account.

Due to the limited number of units produced and our made-to-order program customers may request a return only within 14 days upon receipt of the order. The items must be returned in the original condition with all original tags, labels and accompanying items. In order to proceed your return request you need to send an email to our customer service. Once a rma number has been generated the customer will receive a return shipping label to return the item.

The amount will be refunded through our payment gateway upon receiving the product. Once your return has been received by our warehouse it will take 3 – 5 business days to complete it. The time it takes to restore the credit to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
